We're very pleased to announce that this coming Saturday, May 24th, Saniel Bonder is offering two Open Sittings on Zoom — the first from 10-11:30 and the second from 4-5:30, both Pacific time.

For eight months way back in 1996, Saniel hosted two 3-hr. Open Sittings every day at his apartment in Marin County, California. They proved to be highly appealing and transformative formats for people interested in our work. 

We brought back Open Sittings for Saniel's 75th birthday recently, and a lot of us felt a wonderful energy emerging in those gatherings. Of course that was a special celebratory event, which attracted quite a number of people we hadn't seen in years. 

But it felt like there was a palpable hunger for communion with kindred spirits among both longtime and newer participants. So, we'll see what unfolds at this Saturday's Open Sittings!

> All are welcome! No previous exposure to our teachings or events is necessary. This is a good occasion to warmly invite friends to attend. Please don’t pressure anyone to come. Everyone should really want to be here.

> Join us any time during each sitting and leave whenever you wish.

> We'll start each session with a short period of gazing and closed-eyes meditation. If anyone's new, Saniel will give an intro to the gazing practice, which is optional. 

> He'll then open the general conversation time with a 5-10 minute introduction to our Human Sun HEART Work™ and its flagship offerings, Maximizing Joy™ and Waking Down in Mutuality®.

* The intro will focus on what this approach has meant for many people over the decades and can mean now for you: your personal and relational development, embodied awakening, expression of your unique genius and gifts, and your ongoing transformation.

* We suggest that newcomers arrive at the beginning of each session so you can hear this introduction.

> In the conversation time that follows, your questions and sharings are welcome.

> We'll record each Open Sitting. If you don't want to be recorded, please say so and we'll put the recording on pause for you. 

> Please be respectful and appreciative of other participants.

> Kindly keep your questions and sharings concise, and refrain from offering unsolicited advice and promoting other events and teachings.

> Linda Groves-Bonder is unable to participate this Saturday. She sends lots of love and well-wishes to us all!

> We ask everyone to pay a small fee: $10 USD, or more if you like. (That was the amount Saniel charged back in 1996.)
